Scratch Bar & Grill at 26 Division runs happy hour Tuesday through Saturday, 4–7pm. Good for the nights when the rest of downtown is winding down and you want somewhere still going.
Ava Ava Restaurant Bar & Lounge at 15 Division is the earliest-and-longest of the Division Street bunch: Monday to Friday, 3–7pm. A full four hours is generous, and it's a proper lounge, so it works for a drink that turns into staying.
Aura Wine Bar at 501 Main does a daily 5–7pm happy hour (closed Mondays) on wine and small plates. Specials rotate, so call ahead if you're going for something in particular. This is the one to pick when you want conversation rather than a TV.
Town House Kitchen + Drinks at 559 Main runs 5–7pm every single day: $12 cocktails, $7 drafts, $10 house wine, plus bar bites. The bar bites are what set it apart — you can genuinely make dinner out of it if you're strategic.
Little Mexican Cafe at 581 Main keeps a Monday–Friday 3–6pm happy hour. Early, unfussy, close to everything.
Dubrovnik at 721 Main is the most complete deal in town on paper: Tuesday through Friday, 3–6pm, $5 drafts, $8 wine and wells, $10 cocktails, and 50% off appetizers. If you're feeding a group and want the bill to stay reasonable, start here.
179 Bar and Grill on East Main has two distinct nights rather than a daily slot — Tuesday is Ladies Night with $10 martinis, 4–9pm, and Wednesday is half off bottles of wine, noon to 9:30pm. That Wednesday window is unusually long, and a half-price bottle over a long dinner is one of the better values in New Rochelle.
New Roc Social at 16 Memorial Hwy takes 30% off all beer, wine, well drinks and signature cocktails, 5–8pm, every day of the week. Three hours, no days off — it's the reliable one, and it's right where you'd already be if you've been at the movies.
Alvin & Friends at 14 Memorial Hwy runs Wednesday through Friday, 5–8pm, with discounted beer and wine and a $7 signature rum punch. The rum punch is the reason to go, and the room has more warmth than most bar-side happy hours.
NoMa Social at 1 Radisson Plaza is the big one: Monday–Friday, 4–8pm, with cocktails, beer and tapas around $4 each, plus sangria and live music. Four hours and a genuinely low price point on small plates makes this the best value for a longer, louder evening with a group.
Modern Restaurant & Lounge at 310 Huguenot goes Monday–Friday, 3–6pm: half off fried appetizers, $5 beer, $7 wine, $13 cocktails and sangria. The half-off fried apps are the move here — order two and split them.
Krave: A New York Eatery at 8 S Division keeps it short and specific: Wednesday–Friday, 5–7pm, $8 rum punch and $8 Tropical Island. A two-drink menu, priced honestly, for people who know what they want.
Up North Avenue the happy hours skew Mexican, casual and a bit cheaper.
The Taco Project at 596 North Ave does the tightest, best-priced window in the neighbourhood: Monday–Friday, 3:30–5:30pm, $8 margaritas, $9 flavoured margaritas, $5 beer and wine. Separately, half off select appetizers runs all day Monday through Friday, which is a quietly excellent detail if you turn up at 8pm.
Westchester Taco Grill at 712 North Ave has the most going on of anywhere in New Rochelle. The base is Monday–Friday, 4–7pm, half off margaritas and sangrias. On top of that: Monday, $6 margaritas 11am–10pm; Taco Tuesday, buy two get one free, all day; Wednesday, $1 wings all day; Thursday, $6 sangria all day. The all-day specials are the real find — you're not racing a clock.
Smokehouse Tailgate Grill at 587 North Ave runs Tuesday through Thursday, 3:30–6:30pm, with buy-one-get-one-free on the Georgia Peach and Smoke Show, and a $7 classic 86. Three hours, midweek, and BOGO cocktails is a hard combination to beat.
Beechmont Tavern at 750 North Ave is the neighbourhood pub answer: Monday–Friday, 3–7pm, $1.50 off drafts, $5 off house drinks, $2 off apps — and free wings on Friday at 5:30. Get there before 5:30 on a Friday if the wings are the plan.
Gemelli Pizzeria next door at 752 North Ave does half off drinks and pizza at the bar, Monday–Thursday, 4–7pm. Half-price pizza is not a thing most places offer; treat it as dinner.
Pizzeria La Rosa at 12 Russell Ave runs a different special each midweek day, noon to 9pm: Tuesday, $0.75 wings and $2 off all beers; Wednesday, Chicken Caesar Pizza and $10 off bottles of wine; Thursday is Smash Burger Thursday. The nine-hour window means it's less a happy hour than a standing invitation.
